LightHaven offers both in-person and virtual sessions for maternal mental health support, so you can enjoy the convenience and comfort of therapy from your own home—or any private space where you feel relaxed and at ease, or sneak away to enjoy a private session for yourself in a quiet environment. (Newborns/Breastfed babies are welcome to join)
