With a warm, eclectic, and trauma-informed approach, I blend various therapies like Person-Centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, ACT, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Sandtray, Animal-Assisted Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based CBT, to help you heal and grow.
