As a California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, I enjoy working with children (ages 0-10) and women of all ages, offering tailored therapy to meet your unique needs. With a warm, eclectic, and trauma-informed approach, I use various therapeutic interventions from the following frameworks: Person-Centered Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, ACT, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Play-Based Therapy, Sandtray, Animal-Assisted Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based CBT, to help you heal and grow.

Important Note: In the role of Psychotherapist, I am working under my Master’s Degree and State Licensure. I do have a PhD in Infant and Early Childhood Development w/an emphasis in Mental Health and Developmental Disorders, which helps me to provide additional psychoeducation related to infants and young children, but I am not a doctoral-level therapise.

I'm also passionate about guiding pre-licensed therapists through Clinical Supervision, Coaching, and Mentorship.
