We don’t take your insurance? No problem! If you are insured by a commercial insurance plan that happens to be a PPO (that is not one of the insurances listed above), you may be eligible for Out-Of-Network reimbursement, as we have partnered with Mentaya!

How do Out-Of-Network benefits work?

After creating a Mentaya account and placing a card on file with them, you would pay the full therapy rate for each session directly to LightHaven, out-of-pocket. LightHaven will then file an Out-Of-Network claim with Mentaya after each session. Mentaya will handle all correspondence with your insurance carrier to get you a reimbursement of typically anywhere from 50-80%, after you’ve met your insurance out-of-network deductible. Mentaya charges your card a 5% fee to handle the claim and will reimburse you the fee should your claim be denied and they are unable to rectify the denial. You would then receive a reimbursement check directly from your insurance carrier. Note: The 5% fee is a small price to pay for not having to deal with the hassle of fighting with an insurance company for superbill reimbursement!
